Location: the hotel was next to nelsons bay as well as surrounding clubs. The breakfast had good choice of great food and drinks.

Brilliantly friendly staff suggested restaurants. I was offered a room with STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL views to town and restaurants. The bed was good & the bathroom was large. The daily service was great.

Amazing location, spacious and stylish units, heated kid-friendly pool, secure car parking. Close to shops, green surroundings, BBQ facilities, and walking distance to marina. Modern, well-equipped apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super convenient for families with ground floor access to the pool. Cannot wait for our next visit!

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It is perfectly located in the centre of Nelson Bay town, making it easily accessible and within walking distance to everything. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and come with a pleasant distant view of the water from the balcony. The main bedroom features a new bed and full Foxtel access, adding to the overall positive experience. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great perk.

The location was perfect since it was close to the shops and transportation options, and there was even double parking available. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Finally, I highly recommend trying the coffee at Ethica Cafe in the arcade across from the hotel - it's delicious!

Located right in the heart of town, the hotel offers easy access to everything in Nelson Bay with no issues - you can even get to the Marina with a pram. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a lovely view of the ocean. The service provided by the staff is fantastic, making guests feel welcomed and relaxed upon arrival. there is a lovely warm outdoor pool for guests to use and parking is available onsite.

Although the facilities are excellent, the only downside is that the air conditioning may not always work properly, which can be a little uncomfortable in summer.

I always return to this amazing place. The staff once offered me a hot drink in the cold weather. It has everything I need, from free Wi-Fi and a fitness center to an outdoor swimming pool and a golf course. Perfect for my city break. No regrets.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a hotel near the heart of town. The best aspects of the hotel were the two complementary items that we received upon arrival. It was also fantastic that the hotel was only a few minutes walk from town and within walking distance to the ocean. Another benefit was the cozy atmosphere of the hotel room.

There were some worst aspects of our stay that detracted from our experience. the walls were thin and we could hear noise from the rooms around us.

The location was great, very close to restaurants and a supermarket. We also had a hair dryer provided, which was helpful. The communication with the staff was clear and there were instructions for parking.

The furniture was old and uncomfortable. The air conditioning could only be used in one area at a time and the signage explaining this was hard to read.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of town. It offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant distant view of the water from the balcony. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all in great condition. The location is perfect, right in the town center, making it very accessible to explore the area.
